Friday 10 April 2026 – Saturday 02 May 2026 – Display of the SPA 2026 Biennial Exhibition at the Guildford House Gallery, 155 Guildford High Street, Guildford, GU1 3AJ. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GALLERY IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS
All club members are invited to the Official Opening from midday Friday 10 April.
***As always, we will have a raffle with wonderful prizes from our sponsors – Epsom, Vanguard, Fotospeed, PermaJet and Paper Spectrum. Raffle tickets will be on sale at the Exhibition Opening, the Awards Dinner and at the SPA Inter-club PDI Championship on 09 May, at which the draw will be made.***
The SPA 2026 Biennial Exhibition Selection has now been made and each club’s award winners / acceptances have now been sent to all the Club Liaison Officers AWARD WINNERS CAN BE VIEWED BELOW AND ALL ACCEPTANCES WILL BE PUBLISHED HERE SHORTLY
Please note that the Awards Dinner will be held at the Reigate Manor Hotel on Friday 24 April 2026. Tickets are £36 per head for a three-course meal including coffee/tea and can be purchased HERE until midnight on Saturday 28 March 2026. Select from a choice of three starters, three mains and three desserts.
Saturday 09 May 2026 – SPA Inter-club PDI Championship at East Horsley Village Hall, Kingston Ave, East Horsley, Leatherhead KT24 6QT. Submissions must be uploaded by Saturday 18 April 2026, 3 weeks prior to the competition date and competition rules can be found HERE. Doors will open at 13:00 and the competition will commence at 14:00, with a targeted end time of 17:30.
Saturday 05 December 2026 – SPA Inter-club Print Championship at East Horsley Village Hall, Kingston Ave, East Horsley, Leatherhead KT24 6QT. Submissions must be uploaded by Saturday 14 November 2026, 3 weeks prior to the competition date. Up-to-date competition rules will be available in due course. Doors will open at 13:00. The competition will commence at 14:00, with a targeted end time of 17:30.

Publicising Club Talks:
As of the start of the 2024-2025 season, information on club talks from SPA speakers will no longer be distributed via email to other clubs. The SPA Facebook Page may be used by clubs for this purpose
For Zoom talks or talks from out-of-region speakers, please email moderator@surreypa.org.uk, detailing talk title/presenter, venue, date and start time in the subject line, and include as much information as possible in the body of your email
